Health Information and Electronic Records Analyst Training Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversee healthcare information and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Acquire practical training in EPIC, SQL, Tableau, and Crystal Reports.

• Assist in the management of healthcare IT systems, ensuring data precision, security, and compliance.

• Prepare for the HIMSS CAHIMS certification examination.

• A commitment of 40 hours per week during regular business hours is required for both remote learning and internship/externship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of California.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or GED certification is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen/National or possess a valid Lawful Permanent Resident Alien status (non-citizens or Visa holders are not eligible).

• Proficient computer skills are necessary (MS Windows & MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Ability to type at a net speed of 40 words per minute.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict HIPAA compliance.

• Must be analytical and detail-oriented.

• Capability to learn in a self-directed, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
