• Conducts research, gathers, and analyzes data.

• Recognizes opportunities, formulates solutions, and guides through resolution.

• Engages in performance enhancement activities as indicated by results in program efficiency and patient experience.

• Oversees the distribution of analytical reports.

• Employs various system applications to execute analysis, generate reports, and create educational materials.

• Exhibits understanding of departmental processes and procedures and has the capacity to quickly learn new information.

• Gathers and compiles data to support ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives.

• Integrates and analyzes data, providing comprehensive summaries that include graphical data presentations to illustrate trends and recommend actionable options or solutions while taking into account their effects on business strategy and aiding leadership in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have an in-depth understanding of Health Informatics, acquired through a blend of education and experience.

• Should have a practical knowledge of Health Informatics with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an informatics or related role, along with experience in clinical information systems and health information technology.

• Basic understanding of clinical treatment methodologies, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development.

• Proven knowledge and application of change management principles.

• Proven knowledge and application of project management principles.
