This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers to promote the acceptance and ongoing utilization of ENT therapies.

• Function as a reimbursement and health economics specialist, assessing financial and policy elements that influence therapy adoption in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices.

• Execute financial audits and benchmarking analyses, providing education and training to both clinical and administrative stakeholders.

• Facilitate cost-effective therapy adoption by addressing coding, coverage, and payment obstacles, assisting facilities in establishing efficient reimbursement processes.

• Create reimbursement tools and materials for clients and the field sales team.

• Identify the educational needs of priority accounts and leverage approved Medtronic resources to provide relevant training and education on coding, billing, and reimbursement.

• Generate monthly reports on provider activities, including regional trends and developments, to support quarterly updates to Senior Leadership.

• Instruct administrators, billing managers, and healthcare providers on the correct application of medical codes and documentation standards.

• Host webinars for both new and existing customers while monitoring and reporting on attendance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of pertinent experience in medical device coding, coverage, and reimbursement.

• Work experience directly related to payer or healthcare provider decision-makers (C-suite, administration, director-level), physicians, and private practice managers.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic relationships and concepts with key influencers, utilizing business and financial metrics alongside economic modeling.

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to influence effectively and sell ideas.

• Knowledge and/or experience in negotiating payer/provider contracts.

• Proven experience in building strong cross-functional partnerships.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
