This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a monthly coaching optimization plan that highlights key actions to enhance member experience and program effectiveness.
• Perform a quarterly review and update of the coaching curriculum, session materials, and member journey interactions.
• Recognize operational deficiencies and execute approved process enhancements to improve participation and overall experience.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new coaches.
• Conduct a monthly training session for coaches that focuses on facilitation techniques, behavior change methods, and best practices for engaging members.
• Carry out quarterly quality assurance evaluations, calibration sessions, and coaching observations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Offer continuous performance feedback and coaching assistance to health coaches as required.
• Provide backup health coaching support during scheduled coach absences or unexpected staffing shortages.
• Review onboarding, attendance, no-show, and re-engagement trends on a monthly basis using available operational data.
• Develop and sustain member retention strategies for no-shows, disengagement, and ongoing coaching participation.
• Suggest improvements to coaching accessibility, scheduling processes, and long-term member engagement.
• National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (mandatory)
