This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of a patient caseload and provide tailored 1:1 (and occasionally live group) coaching that fosters lasting behavioral change in accordance with clinical plans, resulting in patient satisfaction and retention that meets established KPIs.
• Actively seek out opportunities to engage patients and encourage behavioral change based on their clinical requirements, significant milestones, and coaching insights.
• Assist in the design and modification of coaching interventions for patients, ensuring high levels of engagement and providing feedback on any issues or areas for enhancement.
• Evaluate new interventions that enhance retention and satisfaction outcomes, sharing valuable insights with the team.
• Address patient inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate internal teams within the agreed-upon SLAs and performance metrics.
• Implement patient feedback to elevate service quality and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Keep precise and timely documentation to facilitate continuity of care and ensure quality assurance.
• Mentor new team members as necessary on safe and high-quality coaching practices.
• Assess your own performance metrics and patient outcomes, utilizing insights to proactively adjust coaching strategies and identify patients at risk of disengagement.
• Engage in auditing practices and collect feedback from colleagues.
• Monitor patient safety issues and promptly escalate clinical concerns in collaboration with the clinical team following established escalation protocols.
• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services and products provided by Juniper that align with patient goals and treatment progress, ensuring that recommendations are clinically sound and centered on the patient.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide coaching and dietitian support throughout the broader care journey (for instance, participating in initiatives with the shop, community, or PES).
• Proactively share patient insights with your team and the business to drive service enhancements.
• Accredited Practicing Dietitian (mandatory), with a solid foundation in medicated weight management.
• You have experience managing a patient caseload and can deliver high-quality coaching immediately — no extensive ramp-up time is necessary.
• You are knowledgeable about factors influencing patient retention and satisfaction, and you hold yourself accountable for achieving those results.
• Proficient in motivational interviewing and behavior change methodologies.
• You prioritize clinical safety and understand how to escalate issues effectively.
• You thrive in a dynamic digital health environment and can adapt to evolving priorities.
