Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Health Coaches function within a well-structured, high-engagement outreach model that employs an automated dialer system to connect with members throughout the day.

• Coaches engage in consecutive coaching conversations, offering education, support, and motivation to assist members in achieving their health objectives while adhering to established workflows and documentation protocols.

• Involvement in engagement and coaching calls with eligible participants, delivering customized behavior change coaching to promote healthy habits.

• Facilitate the delivery of services alongside other members of a multidisciplinary care team, including nurses and external vendors.

• Maintain a schedule and monitor members' progress as well as the effectiveness of the program.

• Attend daily and monthly meetings for updates and to share findings and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required (e.g., Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.).

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is required; experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Familiarity with benchmarks and contact center metrics is preferred, including adherence to scheduling.

• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office is essential.

• Capability to coordinate telephonic communication with program participants while simultaneously navigating the software platform and entering data for extended periods.

• A quick learning ability regarding lifestyle-related topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and sleep is desirable.

• Capacity to multitask effectively with members and operationally with managers and support staff.

• A hard-wired internet connection is mandatory, as WIFI is not permitted.
