This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Ensure adherence to all SafeContractor processes and procedures relevant to this position.
β’ Evaluate contractor applications and the accompanying documentation.
β’ Support the creation, generation, and delivery of essential information to assist contractors in obtaining accreditation.
β’ Gather, record, and manage contractor data in accordance with SafeContractor protocols for evidence management.
β’ Compile and supply information necessary for the generation of management information reports.
β’ Engage with contractors through telephone and email, fostering a positive and professional rapport as needed.
β’ Conduct precise and timely evaluations to fulfill quarterly quality standards established by the Accreditation Manager.
β’ Completion of post-secondary education is mandatory - Occupational health and safety education (Degree, Diploma, Certificate, etc.).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role, ideally with relevant field experience or knowledge.
β’ Proficiency in assessing and evaluating safety management systems and compliance standards.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
