This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls from prospective clients seeking enrollment in Medicare plans.
• Clarify the advantages and features of various Medicare and ancillary products available.
• Assess, inform, and enroll individuals in Medicare plans that suit their needs.
• Enroll clients while adhering to compliance and training standards necessary for selling appropriate products.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to Medicare products.
• Navigate through multiple system applications to address consumer requests, investigate inquiries, generate leads for follow-up, and update client information.
• Comprehend and comply with all company, carrier, and/or CMS-related policies and procedures.
• Valid Health Insurance Sales License is required.
• Previous experience in Medicare Sales is MANDATORY.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to maintain confidence in a fast-paced, high-stress work environment.
• Skill to explain and articulate complex insurance programs clearly and concisely to callers.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously while communicating on the phone.
