This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Formulate objectives and key results for the CEERJ Supply Chain Strategy.
• Evaluate, suggest, and secure approval for ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing Supply Chain operations.
• Leverage the latest digital and data-driven strategic tools to create value for patients, customers, and SOBI as a company.
• Implement situational leadership behaviors throughout the organization.
• Unlock the potential of diverse teams through effective collaboration and content-driven discussions to achieve outstanding results.
• Maintain focus on mission-critical tasks amidst daily responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively across the organization regarding complex situations, decisions made, and actions taken.
• Master's degree or equivalent higher education in Economics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering within Biotech Ecosystems.
• Over 5 years of experience leading teams (whether virtual or direct reports) in complex Supply Chain operations in the Pharma/Biotech sector.
• Proficiency in English and a strong awareness of cross-cultural dynamics and experience.
• Residing in one of the CEERJ countries for a minimum of 9 to 12 months in roles related to Pharma Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales is advantageous.
• Certification as an Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, Green Belt, or equivalent training is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills for horizontal collaboration across the end-to-end supply chain and vertical engagement from executives to deeply knowledgeable experts.
• Leadership style must be adaptable to various content and cultural contexts, skill levels, and ranks within the organization, applying the appropriate content and context to achieve superior outcomes promptly.
• The ability to concentrate on strategic tasks is essential, and a proactive approach to rethinking challenges is encouraged to meet economically viable and patient-centric goals.
