This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the user acquisition strategy and performance on Meta and Google platforms.
• Manage acquisition efforts through web funnels and subscription processes.
• Establish channel architecture and scaling frameworks.
• Promote spending growth while maintaining ROI and LTV discipline.
• Lead automation in user acquisition and system development: enhance the automation model for Meta, create automation and structure for Google.
• Develop the user acquisition operating model and set performance standards.
• Recruit, organize, and nurture a user acquisition team.
• Improve execution quality and increase experimentation speed.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, creative, and funnel teams.
• Ensure alignment of user acquisition experiments with funnel and product experiments.
• Manage performance metrics at the portfolio level.
• Over 5 years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in user acquisition.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and web funnel acquisition.
• Proven experience in scaling substantial paid acquisition budgets.
• Familiarity with subscription and B2C digital products.
• Strong mindset for systems and experimentation.
• Experience in developing user acquisition frameworks and processes.
• Background in hiring and mentoring user acquisition managers.
• Comfortable taking ownership of revenue and efficiency metrics.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.
