This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive global delivery engine.
• Guide teams that are distributed worldwide.
• Define the deployment of technology at a large scale.
• Impact product and platform strategies.
• Collaborate directly with C-suite executives and government representatives.
• Develop and expand repeatable, high-performance delivery frameworks.
• Act as the executive relationship manager for key accounts.
• Oversee delivery risks across intricate portfolios.
• Over 12 years of experience leading technology services, managed services, or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale delivery within regulated sectors.
• Strong history of P&L ownership and commercial responsibility.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-year enterprise engagements.
• Proficiency in leading globally distributed teams.
• Extensive experience with SAP ecosystems, including implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulations and industry standards, including frameworks such as ITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to navigate international delivery and data sovereignty requirements confidently.
