Head of Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the technology strategy and execution for CatchCo.

• Maintain an ongoing roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Identify, test, and implement AI solutions throughout the organization.

• Drive the development of digital products for consumers.

• Oversee the complete tracking and attribution system.

• Manage data pipelines from ELT into the warehouse, including transformation and business intelligence.

• Establish monitoring systems for reliability and observability.

• Define, estimate, and oversee external developers and technology vendors.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technology management.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies.

• Understanding of data pipelines and integration systems.

• Proficient in REST APIs and webhooks.

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

• Strong project management skills and business acumen.
