This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the supplier partnership strategy for the company.
• Establish enduring strategic relationships with charter companies across various markets.
• Enhance and expand Searadar's supplier portfolio.
• Identify and integrate high-value suppliers that align with business objectives.
• Act as the primary strategic liaison for key partners.
• Oversee commercial negotiations with charter companies.
• Boost average supplier commissions while improving commercial conditions.
• Negotiate discounts, exclusive offers, preferred partnerships, and long-term contracts.
• Propel profitability by optimizing supplier economics.
• Amplify bookings through strategic supplier initiatives.
• Establish and track supplier performance KPIs.
• Enhance supplier service quality and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Assess supplier performance through operational and commercial analytics.
• Manage supplier escalations and drive sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to enhance the comprehensive supplier experience.
• Evaluate supplier portfolio performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Determine strategic supplier priorities based on business impact.
• Replace underperforming suppliers with more robust strategic partners.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to enhance supplier efficiency, decision-making, and partnership outcomes.
• Continuously refine supplier processes to facilitate scalable growth for the company.
• Elevate average supplier commission, supplier NPS, partner satisfaction, strategic-supplier bookings, supplier retention, and engagement.
• Minimize supplier-related complaints and operational escalations.
• Develop a more robust and profitable supplier portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to influence company strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Supplier Relations, Business Development, or Account Management.
• A minimum of 2 years leading strategic partnerships or managing a supplier portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements and fostering business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, automation platforms, and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage.
• Background in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS is a considerable plus.
