Head of Strategy, Integration, Performance

📋 Description

• Act as a primary coordinator among channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, operations, and enterprise partners.

• Foster alignment on strategic goals and business objectives among various stakeholder groups.

• Create and uphold operational rhythms that facilitate prioritization, decision-making, accountability, and execution.

• Oversee major initiatives and proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to execution.

• Lead and promote strategic growth initiatives that are in line with Principal Owner channel priorities and advisor success.

• Enhance transparency into business performance by recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Utilize data, field insights, and strategic analyses to guide leadership decisions and business planning.

• Refine operating models, governance frameworks, and collaborative practices throughout the organization.

• Encourage the adoption of tools, processes, and best practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Gather and prioritize feedback from the field through established engagement channels and forums.

• Convert stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations that boost performance and overall experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor distribution, consulting, business strategy, or similar leadership roles.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, practice management, recruiting, and field operations.

• Exceptional executive presence with the capability to influence senior leaders and foster alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

• Experience in developing performance management frameworks and leveraging analytics to drive business results.

• Strong skills in communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
