Head of Staff – Finanzen, HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Comprehensive administration: You will organize accounting, prepare financial statements, and simultaneously manage human resources.

• Financial management: You will oversee complex international financial flows and ensure precise accounting practices.

• Process optimization: You will implement modern IT tools for finance and HR while establishing efficient structures.

• Operational backbone: You will serve as the central interface for objectives and deadlines.

• Solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, and HR.

• German at native level and fluent in English for negotiations.
