Head of Solutions Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account executives during the discovery phase and engage with partners to develop fraud and identity strategies that manage risk effectively.

• Convert analysis into persuasive narratives and presentations that are suitable for executives, highlighting the value of the proposed solutions.

• Serve as the analytical and technical thought leader for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the specific needs of each partner.

• Build, mentor, and expand the Solutions Analytics team by establishing best practices and elevating performance across the group.

• Broaden the team's focus beyond pre-sales evaluations to include pipeline analytics and ongoing partner consulting.

• Create and implement analyses for white papers and other industry documents, uncovering relevant insights such as new fraud tactics, and collaborating on publication efforts.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, trusted relationships with partners throughout their entire lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in consulting, financial services, analytics, and/or a high-growth startup environment.

• Proven history of leading teams and nurturing talent, along with the executive presence necessary to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong foundation in data and analytics, equipped with the discernment to identify significant analyses and the storytelling ability to communicate effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to present complex business cases clearly and accessibly.

• Comfort with uncertainty, a proactive approach to independent work, and a mindset geared toward quick learning.

• Enthusiasm for becoming an expert in financial services, fraud, and identity management.

• Familiarity with a sales or commercial context, employing a consultative style when working with partners.

• A bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; practical knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus.

• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and must reside within the United States.
