Head of Social & Creative – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall accountability for establishing a new Social & Creative Department

• Assemble the team and take the initiative in recruiting team members

• Continuously refine the strategic direction of the department

• Eliminate existing silos between various business areas

• Engage in strategic collaboration with key clients

• Propel the focused development of projects and nurture long-term client relationships

• Enhance processes and workflows while fostering efficiency

• Champion innovation, including the integration of artificial intelligence

• Contribute to new business initiatives and strategic client growth

• Assume responsibility for the department's profitability

• Work in partnership with other Department Heads and the executive team to evolve the company into a premier social media outcomes agency

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of pertinent professional experience

• At least 4 years in a leadership capacity

• Experience in managing managerial staff

• Comprehensive understanding of the agency landscape

• Proficient in handling all relevant financial metrics necessary for leading an agency department

• Strong analytical abilities for producing data-driven insights and making strategic decisions based on key performance indicators

• Capability to provide creative contributions and significantly influence campaign strategies and concepts

• Empathetic and positive demeanor with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams

• Ambitious regarding personal and professional growth

• Keen to strategically enhance and develop the department

• Proficient in German (C1 level), both written and spoken

• Competent in English (B2 level), both written and spoken
