This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with Hostinger's brand development.

• Take ownership of the keyword strategy for all Hostinger content.

• Lead and nurture your SEO team, encouraging them to adopt a strategic mindset rather than merely executing tasks.

• Create AI-driven search strategies suitable for all platforms.

• Establish systems that integrate SEO considerations from the outset of launches.

• Balance essential tasks with innovative experiments and strategic initiatives.

• Consistently question and improve upon existing methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation with proven growth outcomes.

• Expertise in both strategic content and technical SEO.

• Proven ownership of keyword strategy.

• Experience in competitive analysis and market intelligence, with a focus on international/global SEO.

• A test-and-scale approach—swiftly test, identify successful strategies, and scale them effectively.

• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Familiarity with AI-driven search—ability to understand emerging platforms and develop strategies for the evolving search landscape.

• Strong strategic leadership skills—demonstrated capability to uplift teams and foster strategic thinking.

• Focus on hiring and creating talent density.

• Business-oriented mindset—able to connect SEO strategies with client acquisition and revenue generation.

• Understanding of technical products, or the capability to learn rapidly, would be advantageous.

• Ability to think multi-channel—understanding how various components work across different platforms.
