Head of SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Direct oversight of 3 to 4 SEO Team Leaders

• Organizing and continuously enhancing SEO workflows

• Ensuring the quality of outputs and maintaining the overall strategic direction

• Assisting Team Leaders in honing their leadership capabilities

• Engaging in client-facing production work for 1 to 2 days each month to remain connected to practical realities

• Involvement in critical decisions regarding service offerings, positioning, and organizational structure

• Primary KPI: overall attrition rate of the SEO department

• At least 5 years of experience within an SEO agency

• Demonstrated experience in leading SEO teams

• Strategic mindset, performance-driven, and customer-oriented

• Proficient in rapidly evolving environments

• Capable of structuring, prioritizing tasks, and making informed decisions
