This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for driving SAP Enterprise revenue growth across the DACH region.
• Acquisition of new clients in the enterprise segment (revenue > €1 billion) and management of complex sales cycles.
• Establishing and scaling the SAP sales function while leading and coaching a team of enterprise sales specialists.
• Overseeing pipeline management and deal execution for ACVs ranging from €100k to over €500k.
• Strengthening partnerships within the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP, Fujitsu, Netapp).
• Optimizing sales territories, compensation plans, and processes within the SAP unit.
• Close collaboration with the VP of Sales & Alliances and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Strong focus on results and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with robust, innovative, and hands-on leadership skills.
• Leadership capabilities and initial experience in managing sales teams.
• Proven track record in selling complex SAP solutions to large enterprises.
• Solid experience in enterprise sales within the SAP environment or related ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of the SAP partner ecosystem, hyperscalers, and SAP transformation projects.
• Emphasis on maintaining stable customer relationships and active acquisition rather than passive lead management.
• Analytical strength and a hands-on mentality in a dynamic high-growth environment.
• Fluent communication in German and English at the C-level.
