📋 Description

• Oversee responsibilities as the Head of SAP HCM

• Identify and secure projects related to SAP S/4HANA & SAP SuccessFactors

• Develop a team from the ground up within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors

• A robust professional network to leverage

• Experience in leadership and management roles

• Background in business development and client acquisition

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficiency in German (C1) — mandatory
