This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the expansion of our buying group in Germany and Austria, concentrating on building a dependable pipeline, identifying qualified sales opportunities, and enhancing close rates.
• You will lead our field sales team as well as all sales-related inside sales departments located at our Leipzig office.
• You will manage and enhance our indirect sales channel in collaboration with regional sales managers and sales agents, staying operationally close to the field with a strong focus on performance.
• Alongside your specialized teams, you will ensure that market potential is systematically transformed into qualified sales opportunities.
• You will be accountable for significantly improving central sales KPIs throughout the entire sales performance spectrum, which includes lead quality, conversion, forecasting, productivity, and closing effectiveness.
• You will guarantee the efficient and high-quality processing of all incoming orders while continuously fostering collaboration between field sales and inside sales.
• You will take charge of our Leipzig site and serve as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries.
• You will collaborate closely with leaders in related areas such as Customer Management and Marketing to create effective interfaces across the entire sales process.
• You possess several years of sales and management experience within a B2B environment.
• You have operational experience in indirect sales, particularly in working with sales agents and field-based sales structures.
• You understand sales from both a strategic perspective and enjoy engaging in the operational side of the business while being close to the market.
• You exhibit a strong hands-on mentality and lead collaboratively with your teams and partners rather than from an isolated position.
• You have a proven track record of measurably enhancing sales performance and consistently managing teams based on KPIs.
• You think analytically, act pragmatically, and translate numbers into clear action plans.
• You are a convincing leader who provides guidance, takes responsibility, and drives teams towards measurable outcomes.
• You proactively address challenges, make decisions, and consistently push for implementation.
