This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop the sales performance toolkit, which includes sequences, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, battle cards, and demo materials.
• Recognize deficiencies in the sales process and create tools, processes, or content to address them.
• Assess and implement AI-driven sales tools, conversation intelligence, and automation technologies.
• Oversee and nurture the inbound follow-up team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Associates.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, coach team performance, hire as the team expands, and manage the Sales Associate–Account Executive pairing model.
• Set cadence standards, establish ownership rules, and maintain CRM hygiene expectations.
• Supervise the Sales Trainer and manage the onboarding and ramp-up processes for new sales hires.
• Create, write, and conduct A/B testing for email and chat follow-up sequences.
• Enhance reply rates, re-engagement rates, conversion rates, show rates, and overall stage-to-stage funnel performance.
• Develop no-show recovery and closed-lost reactivation campaigns.
• Administer channel-partner leads and opportunities, including ownership, follow-up, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze recorded calls and demos, maintain call-review coverage, and provide coaching to Account Executives.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and participate in live deals when representatives require assistance.
• Manage the sales knowledge base and the content that supports the AI sales chat assistant.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer-facing sales claims and automated-channel information.
• Enhance the quality and consistency of sales-floor performance through coaching, performance management, process improvements, and sales technology.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related commercial role.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing or coaching a sales team.
• Proven history of developing sales systems, tools, or programs from the ground up.
• Established track record of enhancing follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
• Strong knowledge of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion strategies.
• Experience in coaching sales representatives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and deal progression.
• Capability to review sales calls, identify performance gaps, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Practical experience in constructing sales sequences across email, chat, SMS, or other follow-up channels.
• Strong CRM discipline and familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to utilize data to identify funnel issues, set targets, and manage performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to work during Pacific Time hours.
• Preferred: experience in managing SDRs or Sales Associates and Account Executives.
• Preferred: background in overseeing sales onboarding, training, and representative ramp-up programs.
• Preferred: experience in developing no-show recovery, closed-lost reactivation, or aged-pipeline campaigns.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI-driven sales tools, conversation intelligence, and sales automation platforms.
• Preferred: experience in creating sales collateral, playbooks, or enablement content that is adopted company-wide.
• Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS, staffing, outsourcing, or technology-enabled services sector.
• Preferred: experience managing leads generated through channel partnerships.
• Preferred: familiarity with compliance, sales claims management, and maintaining a customer-facing knowledge base.
• Annual base salary ranging from $125,000 to $155,000, based on experience.
