This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for KPIs within the operations team (up to 10 employees)

• Facilitating recruitment and feedback sessions with team members

• Engaging closely with and reporting to upper management

• Assisting in process improvements and product innovation

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience

• Proven experience in team building and leadership

• Strong analytical abilities (KPIs, reporting, and data analysis)
