This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Propel revenue expansion: take ownership of and achieve ambitious sales objectives across all channels and segments; devise and implement go-to-market strategies for products and services.
• Direct and channel sales leadership: oversee and enhance direct sales efforts with accounts; establish, develop, and optimize distributor and partner networks.
• Customer interaction: actively connect with customers face-to-face to secure business; cultivate strong executive-level relationships and identify new prospects.
• Sales operations: guide sales cycles (long-term, solution-oriented); ensure consistent performance in standard and transactional sales.
• Commercial stewardship: full P&L accountability including pricing, margins, and profitability; track performance metrics and apply corrective measures as needed.
• Team leadership: build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a hunter-driven, results-oriented culture; establish sales commissions and KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience as Head of Sales or in a commercial leadership role.
• Proven success in B2B or B2B2C sales of standardized or high-volume products, alongside channel sales, distribution management, or retail sales.
• Experience in industrial, security, consumer durables, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Established record of driving revenue growth across various European markets.
• Strong commercial insight and pricing proficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of channel and distribution strategies.
• Clear “hunter” mentality with enthusiasm for acquiring new business.
• Comfortable operating in the field and regularly engaging with customers.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Capacity to operate both hands-on and at a strategic level.
• Proficiency in English as a company language; additional languages are a plus.
