This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for Primer’s most established region, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition throughout EMEA.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Personally achieve and manage strategic sales targets.
• Act as the regional lead and the most senior representative of Primer in EMEA.
• Bridge global teams with the local market and support local Primigos across various GTM functions.
• Provide regional insights and opportunities to global leadership.
• Cultivate enterprise relationships and partnerships with executive stakeholders.
• Grasp customer pain points and effectively communicate Primer’s solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams on roadmap, positioning, and onboarding initiatives.
• Advocate for customer feedback and regional insights.
• Establish standards for performance, ownership, urgency, and delivery.
• Identify, nurture, and develop sales talent while creating career progression paths.
• Mentor direct reports and support local Primigos throughout EMEA.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• More than 3 years of experience managing high-performing BDMs in EMEA.
• Extensive experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading a region or market.
• Ability to represent the territory both internally and externally with poise and confidence.
• A successful track record in defining and executing effective sales strategies.
• Capability to build trust with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members across various levels and functions.
• Proficient in managing complex deal cycles, navigating procurement processes, and collaborating with legal teams to finalize deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; adaptable to ambiguity and a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
