This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate the German sales territory from the ground up.

• Identify and engage with key accounts across large-scale food service, catering, stadiums, arenas, event venues, and multi-site hospitality operators.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

• Foster relationships with referral partners, resellers, hospitality consultants, technology partners, and relevant industry stakeholders.

• Represent Digifood in the German market and enhance visibility within the target ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with leadership on market strategy, deal structuring, and identifying key opportunities.

• Position a comprehensive SaaS, POS, and integrated payments offering to operational, technical, financial, and procurement stakeholders.

• Assist with responses to tenders or formal procurement processes as necessary.

• Establish the commercial groundwork for future growth throughout Germany and Central Europe.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.

• Significant experience selling within the German market.

• Established network in one or more of the following sectors: food service, catering, hospitality, stadiums, arenas, event venues, leisure, institutional catering, or multi-site hospitality.

• Demonstrated ability to open new markets, develop new territories, or generate pipeline from scratch.

• Experience managing intricate B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong hunter mentality: capable of self-sourcing pipeline without dependence on inbound leads or BDR support.

• Experience with SaaS, POS, payments, hospitality technology, food service software, or related solutions is highly advantageous.

• Experience in building reseller, referral, or channel partnerships is a significant asset.

• Familiarity with tenders, RFPs, or formal procurement processes is a plus.

• Fluency in German is essential.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.
