Head of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Partner Development Managers throughout the US.

• Propel the implementation of the US sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.

• Establish, expand, and empower strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents.

• Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and ensure CRM accuracy.

• Define, monitor, and enhance team KPIs and sales performance metrics.

• Create regional revenue plans and partner business strategies to foster sustainable growth.

• Apply sales best practices and methodologies to boost team effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively across departments such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to achieve business goals.

• Travel regularly for business purposes.
