This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will enhance our new-business strategy for Mid-Market and Enterprise, focusing on scalability and effective closing techniques.
• You will take charge of ensuring pipeline quality, maintaining forecast stability, and implementing a practical, effective sales process.
• You will create a high-performing, seamlessly integrated structure for Business Development Managers (BDM) and Account Executives (AE), continually refining it.
• You will provide hands-on coaching to our Account Executives in real deals, helping them understand the buying center, refine deal narratives, and challenge closing strategies, while also stabilizing and structuring the Business Development Managers.
• You will collaborate closely with Marketing on demand generation, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
• You will identify patterns in customer interactions and convert market insights into tangible improvements for Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• You will be actively involved in critical deals, driving momentum, and representing our company confidently to enterprise customers, partners, and at events.
• Several years of demonstrated sales expertise in the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors.
• You have experience navigating complex buying centers and understand how to succeed in lengthy sales cycles.
• You are a hands-on operator who is practical and closely engaged with the customer.
• You possess a strong coaching mentality, focusing on developing individuals and enhancing team performance.
• You have a proven track record of increasing pipeline quality and output in previous positions.
• You are skilled at bringing structure to dynamic environments without imposing unnecessary processes.
• You can confidently present at the senior level and credibly represent the company externally.
• You think cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with Marketing.
• You are ambitious, resilient, and eager to make a significant impact.
