This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide strategic leadership for two rapidly growing business sectors: our well-established B2C operations in the subsidized education market and the expansion of our B2B segment, either directly or through partner and reseller channels.

• You will cultivate a team that encourages one another to reach peak performance, establish scalable frameworks, and actively contribute to the future of OneCareer.

• You will create segment-specific sales playbooks, methodologies, and incentive structures.

• You will implement an accurate sales forecasting system and a performance dashboard.

• You will oversee the sales budget and collaborate with the CCO on commercial planning.

• You will lead an existing sales team of 15 individuals, holding both disciplinary and technical responsibilities, while being dedicated to the development of your team members.

• You will further enhance our established B2C business through process improvement, conversion optimization, and targeted automation initiatives.

• You will construct the B2B sales engine from the ground up and manage its operations.

• You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility for building and scaling successful sales teams.

• Demonstrated experience in launching new segments or channels in conjunction with an existing core business.

• Familiarity with direct sales or partner/reseller channels, preferably with experience in both.

• Strong understanding of key performance indicators: New Bookings, Conversion/Win Rate, Pipeline, Sales Cycle, and Forecast Accuracy are essential tools for your daily management.

• A hands-on mentality coupled with strategic insight: you confidently lead forecast meetings and engage directly in critical deals.

• Proficient use of modern sales technology stacks: HubSpot or Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and AI-driven workflows.

• A university degree or relevant professional experience is required.

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B tech environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the subsidized education market (education vouchers, QCG, AZAV) or corporate learning sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
