This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Defining and overseeing the comprehensive revenue strategy for the Fingera product, including the creation of sales plans, forecasts, key objectives, and revenue targets for both the team and individual members.
• Accountable for sales performance, ensuring plans are met, and managing revenue predictability through forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and governance.
• Managing revenue from new customers by generating and assessing the pipeline, securing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in collaboration with marketing, developing partnerships, and optimizing the conversion funnel from lead to deal.
• Overseeing revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling activities, conducting revenue campaigns, and taking ownership of the customer portal (Zoho) as a tool for driving revenue growth.
• In charge of pricing and monetization, which includes managing the pricing strategy, pricing tiers and packages, commercial terms (T&Cs, contracts, price lists), and discount policies.
• Responsible for sales operations and data, including ownership and development of key tools (CRM Zoho, BI Qlik, Leapsome), ensuring data quality, and analyzing sales metrics (average deal size, time to deal, conversion rate, CAC).
• Building and managing the sales team, which includes hiring, structuring, developing, managing performance, and establishing compensation plans (OTE, variable component).
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration by developing the partner network, working closely with support and product management, and integrating market feedback into product strategy.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales at a leadership level, particularly in the SaaS sector.
• Proven track record in scaling sales and meeting revenue objectives within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience overseeing the entire revenue cycle, including new business acquisition, expansion, retention, and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the capability to lead a team using metrics and KPIs.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho), BI tools (such as Qlik), and performance management tools.
• Background in building and leading sales teams, including developing compensation plans.
• Experience with a partner/channel sales model is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically while also taking a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Slovak or Czech and English (both written and spoken) at a level suitable for business negotiations and strategic communication.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
