This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will decipher the outbound strategy for us in the DACH enterprise market, generate revenue independently, and educate our junior team on modern account-based selling techniques.
• Engage in active selling and closing of enterprise deals (personal revenue target).
• Assess and innovate our outbound process.
• Mentor, coach, and nurture 2–3 junior sales team members.
• Monitor sales KPIs and enhance conversion rates throughout the entire sales funnel.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales (enterprise level, with deal sizes starting from €10,000).
• Possess a "player-coach" mindset: lead by example and be adept at cold outreach and intricate negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective outbound playbooks.
• Leadership experience or a strong mentoring background to guide junior team members.
