This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement outbound strategies aimed at hotels and hospitality operators within the DACH region.

• Create and activate partner channels, including PMS, hospitality technology, and local industry collaborators, to build a qualified pipeline and drive growth.

• Formulate target account plans, segmentation strategies, and outreach cadences.

• Lead strategic customer engagements, demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations personally.

• Achieve consistent results in pipeline generation and revenue objectives.

• Establish repeatable sales methodologies, playbooks, and qualification frameworks.

• Implement structured approaches for pipeline management and forecasting routines.

• Uphold high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting integrity, and sales discipline.

• Monitor and enhance key funnel metrics, including activity levels, conversion rates, sales cycle times, and win ratios.

• Develop scalable outbound strategies to facilitate future team expansion.

• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on ownership, urgency, and ongoing improvement.

• Coach and nurture a small sales team with a strong emphasis on accountability and execution.

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping up future sales talent as the organization expands.

• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecasting meetings.

• Lead discussions on pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

• Relay customer and market insights to other teams (e.g., Product).

• Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure seamless transitions and positive customer outcomes.

• Contribute to shaping Seekda’s broader commercial operating model as the business evolves.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.

• Proven success in outbound sales and acquiring new logos.

• Experience in building and scaling a sales function within a growth-stage setting.

• Strong grasp of CRM management, forecasting, pipeline evaluations, and sales metrics.

• Hands-on sales leader who thrives on engaging directly with deals and customers.

• Experience in managing or coaching small sales teams.

• Proficient in both German and English communication.

• Located in Germany, comfortable with a remote work model and willing to travel occasionally.
