This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Daily management of the team, which includes:
• - validating pipelines
• - reviewing forecasts
• - conducting deal/pricing evaluations
• - listening to calls
• - negotiating with customers
• - holding one-on-one meetings with team members
• - and more.
• Collaborate closely with the CX, Marketing, and Growth teams.
• Engage with leadership on:
• - planning and reviewing annual, quarterly, and monthly targets (including internal QBRs and MBRs)
• - providing reports and status updates
• - strategizing on pricing and packaging.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
• - Forecasted / Closed-won / Closed-lost Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
• - Team performance metrics
• - Pipeline Conversion Rates (SQLs / SALs)
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with experience managing a small team in a revenue range of $5M-$20M ARR.
• Proficient in Salesforce, including reporting and pipeline reviews, ensuring team accountability through data analysis rather than just discussions.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Capability to create and sustain a reliable sales forecast.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a remote and distributed team across US and EU time zones.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with incomplete structures.
• Previous sales experience within the mobile apps ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC or similar.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools.
• Experience in a founder-led, product-focused organization where sales and product teams collaborate closely.
