This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the operational framework that supports predictable and scalable growth.
• Oversee territory design, account segmentation, quota planning, capacity modeling, and annual go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Create and maintain operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline assessments, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Manage the forecasting methodology and executive-level reporting.
• Produce dashboards and metrics that enhance visibility, productivity, and informed decision-making.
• Act as the reliable source of revenue insights throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to incorporate models, signals, and insights into systems and workflows.
• Oversee the GTM technology ecosystem and data frameworks, including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence tools.
• Propel AI integration and automation to boost seller productivity, forecasting accuracy, CRM maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure systems are integrated, scalable, and governed by high-quality data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance alignment and eliminate operational barriers.
• Establish the processes and infrastructure that enable teams to scale effectively.
• Work alongside Finance to guarantee systems facilitate forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Manage relationships with essential GTM technology vendors.
• Ensure tools are optimized, cost-efficient, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Assess new technologies, particularly those focused on AI and automation, to continually enhance the GTM technology stack.
• Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise sales teams with complex, multi-territory go-to-market strategies.
• Proficient in forecasting, territory planning, quota design, capacity modeling, and executive reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and contemporary GTM systems architecture, including CPQ.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and influencing executive stakeholders.
• A strategic leader who enjoys developing scalable systems, simplifying complexities, and leveraging AI to enhance revenue operations.
