📋 Description

• Direct and enhance Cytel’s global Quality Assurance strategy to align with business expansion and regulatory requirements.

• Manage, sustain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Act as a senior representative during sponsor audits and regulatory reviews.

• Propel the modernization of QA by integrating digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Enhance consistency and minimize variability in audit preparedness, execution, and responses.

• Collaborate closely with operational and functional teams to incorporate quality into everyday operations.

• Optimize QA processes to alleviate unnecessary burdens while ensuring strong compliance.

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing global QA team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.

• In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and audit/inspection procedures.

• Proven track record in leading sponsor audits and regulatory engagements.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing and modernizing QA processes.

• Experience in utilizing technology, automation, or AI to improve quality systems is highly preferred, focusing on practical and suitable solutions rather than extensive transformation initiatives.

• Strong business insight and the capability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
