Head of Product / Teamlead Marketing, Native or Fluent German required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be primarily accountable for the continuous development and enhancement of our products.

• You will analyze market trends, perform competitive assessments, and create detailed customer profiles.

• You will convert customer requirements and feedback into actionable, scalable product strategies and roadmaps.

• You will lead and nurture the marketing team while establishing clear structures and processes.

• You will oversee the complete product development process, from conception to launch.

• You will enhance existing products through ongoing analysis of usage data.

• You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Customer Success, and the Consulting team to facilitate sustainable growth.

• You will assist the Consulting team as a closer in sales discussions when necessary.

• You will furnish the marketing team with product insights for launch initiatives, and actively support social media management and copywriting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product development and strategic product management.

• Leadership experience in marketing and/or product, preferably in an agile setting.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills to identify market trends and customer needs, translating them into executable strategies.

• Proficiency in end-to-end product development, from concept to market entry.

• Strong communication abilities and a proven track record of effective collaboration across departments (CEO, Consulting, Marketing).

• Initiative and a hands-on approach, particularly in social media and copywriting tasks.

• Experience in direct customer engagement, ideally in sales or consulting, to fulfill the role of a closer.

• You embody the LLP values and vision – both internally and externally to customers.

• A minimum of C1-level proficiency in German is required.
