This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy for the iGaming product suite, ensuring alignment of roadmaps, launches, and lifecycle campaigns with business objectives.
• Take ownership of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions customized for various regulated markets and player demographics.
• Lead and guide a small team in product marketing; establish priorities, provide mentorship, and nurture a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Plan and oversee product launches from start to finish, collaborating with product management, growth, CRM, creative, and legal/compliance teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
• Create go-to-market playbooks, enablement resources, and sales/partner materials to enhance adoption and achieve commercial results.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights (player analytics, A/B testing, user research) to refine messaging, prioritize features, and optimize campaigns.
• Establish KPIs for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and report findings to senior stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work alongside regulatory, compliance, and responsible gambling teams to guarantee that all product marketing activities adhere to local regulations and company policies.
• Represent product marketing in cross-functional discussions and contribute to the overall product and commercial strategy.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management within the iGaming, gambling, or related digital entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrated success in launching product features and campaigns that resulted in measurable impacts on acquisition, engagement, or revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities; comfortable working with data, experimentation methodologies, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating positioning, sales enablement content, and consumer-facing copy.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a small team while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues across various jurisdictions, along with a commitment to responsible gambling practices.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Eligible to work remotely in the country of employment and able to coordinate with CET-aligned hours.
