Head of Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the global product marketing strategy across all iGaming sectors, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to craft engaging messaging, positioning, and high-impact go-to-market campaigns across global markets.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all product lines, possessing a deep understanding of player behavior, product mechanics, and the technology that underpins them.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing global product marketing team.

• Design and implement a structured go-to-market framework to facilitate new product launches and significant updates.

• Utilize product analytics, customer insights, and market data to shape strategy and enhance performance.

• Conduct competitive analyses to refine product positioning and inform roadmap decisions.

• Ensure robust cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1), with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication.

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in senior or global leadership positions within the iGaming sector.

• Proven success in delivering effective marketing strategies across Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook.

• Strong grasp of the complete product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Experience in launching and scaling products in multiple international markets.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing distributed, multicultural teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).
