• Take ownership of a healthcare-focused product strategy by developing multi-year roadmaps centered on opportunities within healthcare data flow — including FHIR-based interoperability, clinical and administrative data exchange, informatics and data products, population health, and quality measurement.
• Make critical decisions by acting as the ultimate decision-maker when stakeholder opinions diverge, ensuring a balance between customer requests, business objectives, regulatory needs, and technical limitations.
• Establish systematic customer and market intelligence by creating and maintaining feedback loops with customers, clinical stakeholders, and industry partners to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions consistently.
• Articulate and share a cohesive product vision by translating company-level strategy into actionable product plans and clear prioritization frameworks across all domains under your ownership.
• Build and nurture the Product Management team by hiring, mentoring, and developing Product Managers and team leads while setting a high standard for product rigor, discovery practices, and delivery quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution by collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Product Ownership, and Core Services to ensure aligned execution.
• Support successful go-to-market initiatives by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure effective product launches with well-defined positioning inputs, enablement materials, and measurable success criteria.
• Leverage AI in product development by modeling and promoting the effective use of AI tools across the Product Management function.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA, MS, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 4–6 years in leading and developing PM teams.
• Hands-on experience in building or owning products reliant on accurate healthcare data movement.
• Proficient understanding of FHIR-based interoperability, clinical data exchange, and the flow of claims and eligibility data between payers and providers.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (HL7, X12, NCPDP) and the regulatory landscape (ONC, CMS interoperability rules).
• Proven track record of making challenging trade-offs while balancing customer requests, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints, and taking ownership of the outcomes on both sides of those decisions.
• Ability to develop multi-year roadmaps linked to market opportunities, monitor competitive landscapes, and anticipate emerging healthcare trends before they become apparent to the industry.
• Preferred: Experience in prescription management, eligibility, or clinical affordability workflows, along with exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, along with a company-funded FSA & HSA (dependent on your selected medical plan).
• 401(k) company match.
• One-time workspace reimbursement to assist in optimizing your remote workspace.
• A generous leave package featuring a flexible time-off policy that encourages team members to take time off to relax and recharge; this includes 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave.
• Annual company offsite.
• A remote work environment with a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance.
