
Head of Product – Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Intelligence product group from inception to completion, encompassing vision, roadmap, monetization, and outcomes for Agent and Signal.
• Propel revenue growth for the Intelligence division.
• Establish the vision and strategy for the Intelligence group, clarifying the collaboration between Agent and Signal through shared customer insights and data.
• Actively manage the Agent roadmap for the unified agent platform that powers Help Scout’s AI capabilities.
• Deliver on Signal’s immediate initiatives, assess customer value, prioritize future tasks, and define revenue-generating results.
• Develop monetization and pricing strategies for outcome-based product interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to model product impact.
• Create interfaces that connect Intelligence, Signal, and the Frontline group’s Inbox and Copilot offerings.
• Engage with customers to gain insights into AI trust, obstacles, and drivers of adoption.
• Collaborate with GTM and CS teams on product positioning, adoption strategies, and feedback mechanisms.
• Build and lead the Intelligence product management team.
• Report to the Chief Product Officer.
• Proven experience in transforming a zero-to-one product into a tangible revenue source.
• Background in delivering AI-driven products.
• Strong focus on outcome-oriented product strategies.
• Expertise in monetization and pricing strategy development.
• Prior experience managing product managers.
• Self-sufficient in data analysis: capable of extracting data and conducting analyses independently.
• Technical proficiency to establish rapport with engineers and engage in discussions about system architecture.
• Proficient with AI tools for research synthesis, strategy validation, rapid prototyping, and customer signal assessment.
• Exceptional writing skills for one-pagers, briefs, and narratives.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Understanding of the differences between products designed for support teams and those aimed at end consumers.
• Product Manager experience overseeing a SaaS product.
• Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
