Head of Product Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage global complaint processes and oversee customer communications.

• Direct NCR/8D implementation and facilitate cross-functional investigations.

• Oversee supplier qualification processes and conduct audits.

• Collaborate with the Innovation team to define and uphold product specifications.

• Lead and nurture a global Product Integrity team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality or Operations roles.

• Proficient in 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and sources of variability.

• Familiarity with PPAP and incoming quality methodologies.
