• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams and stakeholders to gain insights into hospital workflows and market dynamics.

• Bring a strong perspective on product quality, usability, and simplicity within intricate healthcare workflows.

• Maintain enough proximity to the work to offer direct support to teams when necessary.

• Assist in defining future product hiring needs and role specifications.

• Actively participate in interviewing and recruiting product talent.

• Build the product organization that Recare requires for its next phase of growth.

• Strong expertise in product strategy, encompassing segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, prioritization, and sequencing.

• Experience managing multi-product portfolios with varying maturity levels, user bases, and go-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional coaching skills and a demonstrated ability to develop product managers across different experience levels.

• Excellent product intuition and a high standard for simple, well-designed user experiences in complex B2B or regulated environments.

• Solid understanding of AI-native product development, including the implications of large language models (LLMs), non-deterministic systems, and emerging product patterns.

• Confidence in making decisions with incomplete information and moving forward with practicality and ownership.
