Head of Product – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product: manage the roadmap, prioritization, and overall direction for our senior full-stack developer and QA analyst.

• Engage directly with the product: facilitate merchant discussions, conduct demos and onboarding sessions, transforming these interactions into valuable roadmap insights and reviews.

• Enhance conversion and growth: redesign the in-product onboarding process, optimize install-to-paid activation, and implement upsell strategies within the existing customer base.

• Strengthen the operational framework: focus on documentation, help-center content, and create streamlined processes for a business that has thrived on founder intuition.

• Leverage AI as a significant asset across support, product specifications, documentation, and data analysis - this is integral to the role, not just a trendy term.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in product management, growth, or founder/operator positions within B2B SaaS or e-commerce (preferably in early-stage or small-team settings).

• Strong technical proficiency: able to scope features with engineers, interpret API documentation, and evaluate trade-offs without needing to code.

• Proven, consistent use of AI tools in practical scenarios - you should be prepared to demonstrate this capability.

• Customer-centric by nature: you enjoy engaging in support conversations and demos, and you excel in these interactions.

• Self-motivated and process-oriented: you've successfully operated in environments where processes were only established through your efforts.

• Commercially savvy: at ease with managing conversion metrics, pricing tests, and revenue results.

• Nice to have: familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem; experience leading remote or contractor teams.
