Head of Product, Consumer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Consumer proposition from the value proposition and product-led growth loops to the everyday experiences that our consumers encounter when they engage with Bark to accomplish tasks.

• We seek a player-coach: an individual who sets the direction, cultivates a stronger team of PMs, and is ready to directly engage in complex initiatives.

• You will seamlessly navigate between vision, team dynamics, and execution—enhancing your teams' efficiency by removing obstacles, providing clarity, and elevating our work standards.

• This role is focused on transformation rather than iteration.

• We aim to fundamentally reconstruct the consumer experience rather than merely refining the existing one, transitioning from a lead-generation model to a subscription marketplace.
