This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
β’ Oversee the Central Services product division, leading the advancement of our Payment Platform and Backoffice systems.
β’ Define the fundamental architecture and integrations that facilitate secure and seamless payments throughout Europe.
β’ Establish and convey a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
β’ Take ownership of and manage the strategic roadmap for the Central Services product division.
β’ Collaborate with various teams to transform insights into actionable development tasks.
β’ Promote the growth and development of Product Managers within the Central Services product division.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in product management.
β’ At least 5 years in senior leadership positions such as Head or Director of Product.
β’ Strong history of success in the fintech and payments sector.
β’ Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements (AML, fraud prevention, GDPR).
β’ Demonstrated leadership in formulating and communicating a persuasive product vision.
β’ Extensive experience in developing modern, scalable services that integrate with both internal and external systems.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
β’ Proficient in English (CEFR level C1 or C2).
β’ Knowledge of additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch is advantageous.
β’ Comfortable and effective in a remote-first, multicultural work environment.
