Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from strategic vision and execution to operational management.

• Develop and expand marketing strategies, focusing on user acquisition, monetization, and entry into new markets.

• Improve product analytics by establishing key metrics, facilitating data-driven decisions, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Lead and nurture the team — through hiring, mentoring, aligning with product objectives, and fostering a strong culture of ownership.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, development, narrative, marketing, analytics) to deliver impactful features.

• Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.

• Promote innovation, including the implementation of AI tools for automation, content generation, and product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading mobile products (a mobile-first approach is essential, not web-focused).

• Experience in gaming or content-oriented products (stories, books, applications for a female audience).

• Strong knowledge of in-app purchases and the development of internal app economies.

• Solid grasp of marketing principles — user acquisition, monetization strategies, and growth loops.

• Proficient in product analytics — capable of defining metrics and making data-informed decisions.

• Experience in managing and expanding teams.

• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for automation and content generation.

• Knowledge of how to incorporate AI into product workflows and user experiences.

• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian and possess B2+ level English proficiency.
