Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and execution within the MACH portfolio.

• Lead and coordinate the Product Management and R&D/Engineering teams on a global scale.

• Drive the product Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including decisions related to pricing, margins, and investments.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases that align with the established roadmap.

• Define and implement the engineering strategy, architectural direction, and development standards.

• Convert market trends such as AI, automation, and the evolution of roaming into scalable product innovations.

• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to present clear value propositions and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

• Engage with key customers to ensure that solutions effectively address genuine operational and commercial challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product and/or engineering leadership positions.

• Proven track record in leading both Product Management and R&D/Engineering teams.

• Strong history of owning product strategy and achieving commercial success (P&L).

• Experience in delivering complex, platform-based or telecommunications solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to scale teams and deliver products across global markets.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Multi-year experience in the roaming industry, including knowledge of GSMA & TADIG / BCE.

• Understanding of the roaming wholesale workflow from Call Detail Records (CDR) to settlement.
