This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Spearhead our product strategy and development lifecycle, turning vision into reality while cultivating and empowering a high-performing product team.

• Convert executive vision into tangible, actionable product plans and detailed roadmaps.

• Lead and nurture a team of Product Owners/Managers, promoting their growth and enhancing performance.

• Oversee the entire product development process from ideation to delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for new ideas and propel product execution.

• Create well-researched product requirements and act as the voice of the customer.

• Keep abreast of market trends and perform competitor analysis to drive innovation and improve customer experience.

• Extensive experience with a demonstrated leadership capability in product strategy, delivery, and team management.

• Strong proficiency in defining product and business requirements within software development environments.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, converting data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to navigate complex technical projects.

• Goal-oriented attitude with a passion for innovation and ongoing learning.

• Online gaming experience is preferred, along with familiarity with Jira and product development tools.
