This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Lead tribe planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective dependency management.
• Advocate for thin-slice, iterative delivery with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
• Provide consistent visibility to leadership through metrics, progress updates, and proactive risk management strategies.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by establishing robust experimentation and measurement practices.
• Ensure squads have access to the insights, analytics, and tools required for effective prioritization.
• Guarantee that all products comply with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
• Integrate standards for reliability, performance, accessibility, and localization into delivery methodologies.
• Recruit, coach, and nurture Product Managers across various levels.
• Cultivate an environment of clarity, focus, and accountability for outcomes.
• Define and maintain high standards for product discovery, delivery, and communication excellence.
• Align product strategy with overarching business objectives and financial goals.
• Manage capacity, technical debt, and sustainable delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate dependencies and collaborative initiatives with other Tribe Leads.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing teams or product portfolios.
• Demonstrated history of achieving measurable business results.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, analytics, and data-driven prioritization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in mentoring and scaling Product Managers with a player-coach approach.
